James Blunt - You're Beautiful Lyrics

YOU ARE BEUTIFUL PRONUNCIATION

My life is brilliant.  ( mai laif is briliant)
My love is pure.  ( mai lovis piur)
I saw an angel.  (ai so an einyel)
Of that I'm sure. ( of daraim shur)
She smiled at me on the subway. ( shi smail at mi on de subwei)
She was with another man. (shi was with anoder man)
But I won't lose no sleep on that,  (barai won lus  no slipon dat)
'Cause I've got a plan. (cosaiv gara plan)

You're beautiful. You're beautiful.  (yur biuriful)
You're beautiful, it's true. ( yur biuriful is tru)
I saw you face in a crowded place, Ai so yur feis ina cruauded pleis)
And I don't know what to do,  (anai donow wat tu du)
'Cause I'll never be with you.(cosail neva bi widiu)

Yeah, she caught my eye, (yes, shi cot mai ai)
As we walked on by. (as we wokon bai)
She could see from my face that I was, (she cud si fromai feis)
Fucking high,  (fokin jai)
And I don't think that I'll see her again, (anai don’t think derail si jer egen)
But we shared a moment that will last till the end. (but we sherdamoument dat wil last till di end)

You're beautiful. You're beautiful.
You're beautiful, it's true.
I saw you face in a crowded place,
And I don't know what to do,
'Cause I'll never be with you.
You're beautiful. You're beautiful.
You're beautiful, it's true.
There must be an angel with a smile on her face, (der mast bi an einyel widas mail on jer feis)
When she thought up that I should be with you.( wen shi thorap darai shud be widiu)

READING COMPREHENSION WOMENS DAY

READING COMPREHENSION - INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY
Develop your reading skills. Read the following text and do the comprehension questions

WOMEN'S DAY
International Women's Day (IWD) is marked on March 8 every year. Countries around the world celebrate IWD to give credit to the economic, political and social achievements of women and to show respect to their contributions in the development of their countries. The IWD was first celebrated on 19 March 1911 in Germany following a declaration by the Socialist Party of America. It's only in the beginning of the 20th century that the day was officially and internationally recognized because of the rapid industrialization and the social protest that it accompanied.
On this day women are usually given flowers and small gifts. It is also celebrated as an equivalent of Mother's Day in some countries. Children also give small gifts to their mothers and grandmothers. In countries like Portugal, it is common, at the night of 8 March, for groups of women to celebrate the holiday with women-only dinners and parties.
Women are becoming more powerful in business, entertainment, politics and many more areas, but there are still a lot of inequalities around the world which call for the mobilization of everybody to grant women the proper status they merit.
